Deal Brexit -- we keep a lot of the regs. EU law will remain largely the same in terms of internal EU constitution (which you deal with a lot on an EU module), but the implementation and categorisation of the regs are going to become a whole lot more complicated.

No Deal Brexit -- there is the prospect of voluntarism of UK companies voluntarily matching their standards to EU standards. There has been some talk about it in the financial sector. That requires cognisance of EU regs. Also, we will need to become more familiar with WTO as a core academic subject.
