A* Grades

I haven't done revision for my January mocks and am slightly worried about the outcome of my a level grades. I managed to get predicted AAB on a small amount of work at AS levels. Is there still a possibility of getting my grades up to A*AA for my final exams in 4 months time? Do I have time to do so? Past A level students advice would be really helpful. I'm really stressed an worried about not attaining those grades.
Mocks have zero correlation to the real thing. Most school make papers up and use random grade boundaries they pulled out out their a**. They mean nothing whatsoever. You can definitely still get the grades you want
