Business to business contracts?

As part of my masters course (non-law), one of my modules involves an introduction to contract law.
I have a really basic question - but presumably if a company books hotel rooms on behalf of their employees, this is a business to business contract? So Consumers Right Act 2015 doesn’t apply but the Sales of Goods Act 1979 does. The sample question in my notes involves hotel overbooking rooms, so I wanted to check I had the right act.
