just a quick question. Are conditional offers the same for all students applying for the same course at the same university or do they depend on your application?

They depend upon your application. However, they rarely change from application to application.

They depend on your application a bit. So they might give a contextual offer to someone who goes to a poorly performing school, for example, which means the offer will be lower than their standard offer. Or they might make a better offer to someone who is doing the A level subjects they favour.
