Media or Film studies

Which one is better? What represents the difference between them?
Should I do both of them if they are both interesting?
I'm thinking about choice in A level definitely business studies, art and design and the next choice is film or media studies so I can't decide which one is better and will be more useful for me or should I just do both of them?

They are both soft A levels.
Whichever on interests you the most and you can get the best grade in.
You can also check out the specification for both to see what you might study.
You should also check the A level combination you intend to study works for meeting the entry requirements for the degree course you are interested in.
