Why would you want to wake up at 6am if you don't know what you want to do instead of precious sweet sleep time?

When it comes to actually getting out of bed at 6am, which is difficult, put on your favourite song (but don't make it your alarm) asap and dance

TBH, after doing it for an entire year - just 3:30am instead of 6am. There is not much point unless there is something you have to do.
So if you have a lot of free time, take on more hours at work. Learn something new, join a club or volunteer. As for what you should do. You should shower, have breakfast and get yourself ready for the day and get yourself to where you need to be by 9am. Maybe a quick gym session? Not a lot else tends to be open at those early hours.
