Should I start wearing glasses all the time

I have quite a light prescription I think my eyes are only like a +0.50 but do have astigmatism in both eyes one being -0.75 and one being -1.25.

I have been finding recently without my glasses (as I use them for concentrating activities such as driving, computer, etc..) when I don't weae them my left eye keeps twitching. Would it be sensible just to wear them all the time?

Hi,

It might be worth seeing the optician or doctor about your eye twitching. If you find it twitches less it might be worth wearing your glasses, but there may be some eye drops that may help?

I also often get a problem with my eye twitching but wearing my glasses, especially when concentrating helps a lot!

Hope this helps

I have a +0.50 on both eyes but I never wear my glasses. I can see well, but my eyes haven't changed not wearing them. However, I would recommend checking the eye twitch with an optician.

Thanks for your replies. It's strange how its only the last few weeks and when I put the glasses on it seems to go away. Wonder if I should I just wear them all the time if it solves the issue or that I probally see someone about it.

if it helps you, yes, wear them more often. Try to find out when it happens.
Visit an optometrists to check your vision again.
