situation of gross negligence by amelia amounting to involuntary manslaughter. The time of death of Belinda is unsure, it could be that Carol ignoring the note that made her die, instead of the plastic bag and the fall. The girl could’ve been saved had Carol went to the garden to check. If that’s the case, they are both liable for involuntary manslaughter.
