Had an unsuccesful frenuplasty ...

Hey guys,

I had a problem with a tight foreskin since I was a teenager and was always uncomfortable retracting and couldn't do it all the way when I was erect, so I tried many stretching creams etc, but nothing ever helped. So I went to the doctor and she suggested to do a frenuplasty or a circumsicion, frenuplasty seemed like the better option and so I did it.. One year after that however it's now worst than before. The skin is still tight, the penis bends more when flaccid and erect, under the penis it is desensitized, and I am more frustrated than I have ever been. I am a 22 year old male who is still a virgin because these problems always prevented me from going all the way with a woman, I am handsome and many girls liked me before and I liked them too, but I never wanted to get serious with them because I always wanted to resolve that issue and was embarrassed.
Feels like I am in deep waters trying to fight a current, 22 year old and should be in my prime and instead I am dealing with these problems, but what can you do that's life..

The doctor said that the only option now is circumsicion, she gave me 6 months to think about the decision, and I really have no Idea what to do anymore, with an already disentisized screwed up penis.

I hope somebody can help me and has some knowledge with this issue.

My question is this, do you guys think if I do a circumsicions after the frenuplasty, will it be double the desentization or would it be the same as if a person did a circumsicion in the first place? I really don't want to do circumsicion but it seems like its what I need to do in order to have any sex life and hopefully find myself a girl.. but the biggest thing I fear is that I did frenuplasty and if I do a circumcision on top of that it will make my penis numb or messed up, I wish I never did the operation or did a circumcision first.

Do you guys think its going to be any worst or any different if I did circumcision only versus doing frenuplasty and then circumcision?
And did anybody had the same problem or already experienced something like this...?

Please help with any comments or knowledge you can, and I would appreciate it.

Thank you, and I hope I am in the right forum
I don't think there's any worrying about it either way - you have what you have and you can't run time backward. Plenty of people are circumcised and do fine, and you'll have to see how it goes in your case. You have the right attitude, just do what you need to do and hopefully it will all be a bad dream in the past soon.
My boyfriend got circumcised quite tightly a few years ago and he thinks it’s much better than it was before, so I’m sure when you get it done it’ll be nicer overall.

This is good to hear.. Its just a hard decision, you can never go back, but I might not have any other options, thanks! Does he feel it looks better or feels better?

He says he prefers the look and the feel, and tbh so do I.

I got cut 2 years ago (at 17), really tightly and my frenulum was removed at the same time. which obviously isn't a problem for you.
Just get it done, and get it done well. Don't let your doctor do it loosely. Ask specifically to get it done really tightly, because that makes it feel better.
Every girl I've been with (3) since I got it done has remarked about how much they prefer it.

Agreed tbh. Circumcised guys feel much better during sex ngl.

Thats good to hear. What kind of cut was it , high tight, or low tight, and does it feel better having sex or the same or worst? And Im considering to change my doctor, maybe go to a specialist in Miami since they do operations to so many people, what do you think? Thanks.

I’m not sure which way around the high/low thing is, but mine has no movement at all (so I need lube to masturbate, but not during sex) and my cut line is about 1 and a bit inches up my shaft from the base, with about 5 inches above it before my helmet.
my glans got much bigger and my whole **** got a little bigger. It takes me much longer to *** but feels much better when I do. Where my frenulum used to be is sensitive in a good way. The girls I’ve been with since having it done have commented on how tight it is.

Great to hear that, gives me a little more encouragement, and thanks for the support.
