Department of Work and Pensions at your Jobcentre. Or HMRC if there's one near you.

Marcus
you can report them to a few departments that can all take action.

the department for work and pensions is the place to start with.

imigration and customs and exise would be another place to go (this is assuming they are an illegal immigrant who does not have paperwork to work in the uk)

you could even pop into your local police station and let them know about the situation.

I don't think this really belongs in H&R but its definitely something you should report.

Crimestoppers have a department for illegal workers, apparently. Do it online or by phone.

I can't seem to find a number but if you ring your local police station and ask to remain anon I'm sure they'll help.

have you though of how this will affect the people involved?

If you are wrong about them being illegals, you're going to end up looking like a real tool.

Why bother anyhow? they're doing something productive, and they don't seem to be causing any bother to you.
No why not ignore legal statues in its full?
Yes indeed. I would report a company using illegal workers because you have no idea what other illegal practices they are involved in. Perhaps if someone had reported the company using Chinese cockle pickers in Morecambe, perhaps 18 of them wouldn't have died on the beach that night.

Not to mention they are almost certainly being paid cash in hand and below NMW, which means the company and employees aren't paying their fair shar of taxes.

Furthermore, the more companies that are allowed to get away with this sort of thing means that there are more companies out there likely to be treating their legal employees like crap.

That's the kind of attitude that leads to thousands of illegal immigrants in the UK. If the OP knows for a fact they're illegal workers then they shouldn't be working. End of discussion.

I disagree with all of the above for numerous reasons. Realistically, if I was born in a **** country, I'd be bloody grateful to get a job in the West, and I think it's rather vile to deny some poor unfortunate that.

So what? Why should someone feel obliged to keep you in your position of privilege which you were simply born into, and to deny others even a small part of that, potentially at some slight expense to you?

I think it's disrespectful towards the company you live in to work there illegally.

I'm an immigrant but I made the effort to go through all the legal channels and I'm now a British citizen. I wasn't born into any privilege whatsoever. Why can't they do that?
