Asking because I have an exam Friday and I keep looking for revision videos, for example: covenants but they always say 'covenants (land law)', not; 'covenants (property law).

So my question is: Is property law and land law the same thing?

Land is a form of property. Property can take many forms e.g. a vase, a boat, shares in a company, a freehold estate (i.e. land)
