You cannot reduce fat from a specific part of your body.

You have to go to a caloric deficit. (search it up)

Run in the morning too, do ab workouts at home so you can make abs more prominent.

Eat fewer calories than you burn, eat fewer sugars, fat, carbs, salt.

Talk to your GP. There's very few adult-focused diet plans that are healthy for 12 year olds. Take up a sport or physical hobby in the meantime.

ah memories. anyways OP: just run ini. That will blast the fat off. Burn calories. It's not always targeting your stomach with floor exercises and weights, sometimes you really just need to put the chocolate down and jog at a steady or inclining pace. I promise you...without even realising, I trimmed up so much around my core doing this as a teen, woke up RIPPED.
