Interviewing for the assessment

Hi,

I have to do an qualitative interview with an employee working in the retail, when the interview is done I have to find themes and analyse it. The subject is:

Working in the service sector – an employee’s experience of working with customers and
‘performing’ for customers and the stresses and rewards of this

Can someone please suggest the questions I have to ask? I want to make sure I ask the right questions but i feel very stressed about it
