I have failed stage 1 of the LPC and have decided to give it another go. However I am looking for a university that has the easiest exams, preferably open book?

This is true. I'm currently doing the LPC and just done my exams which were Open Book. Open book exams are definitely no way easy and I highly doubt it will be easier in other institutions seeing as the exams have to be approved by the SRA (I think) to see if it reaches a certain standard.
