You'll get an email from us in March inviting you to apply for accommodation. Applications are open until the end of June and there's no advantage to applying early, so you'll have plenty of time to make your application.

The University of Brighton does not have any family accommodation avaiable. You can try to contact Sussex university to see if they are able to accommodate you https://www.sussex.ac.uk/study/accommodation

Hi iribelle

Congratulations on your offer! :rave:

I know you are probably looking for a student’s point of view, but I thought I’d send you some helpful information, which might help you with making your decision.

We know this is a personal decision, but if you’d like to hear what our current students feel about their time at BSMS, take a look at these videos.

Our students are very important to us, so we are proud to say that BSMS is 1st among UK medical schools in the National Student Survey (NSS) twice in the past three years.

All students will have placements in hospitals and GP surgeries from week 2. Students have fed back this helps build their communication skills needed and confidence in being a doctor, as well as being enjoyable!

We are one of a small number of universities that also give you the opportunity for cadaveric dissection as a key part of the course. This will give you a real understanding of human anatomy, along with prosection, living anatomy, ultrasound sessions and use of 3D printed structures.

Student joining us will also benefit from the redevelopment at The Royal Sussex County Hospital, which will provide outstanding learning facilities. The first part of completion will be available by January 2021.

Please feel free to view more here.

I hope this was helpful

All the best with your big decisions!

Danielle :nyan:
