I know right...Lets hope the boundaries don't go up...The hanging particle question, how did you solve it?? I used sin rule even though i have a feeling it was wrong cuz 10 marks is a lot for a sin rule answer...but part b went well

Omg it was hard I’m so annoyed, the vector and moment questions really threw me off I couldn’t get the last part of the moment question. What was the speed of bird B?

Heyy, I ageee it was a different exam than what we’ve been used to.I got 5.9 or something for the speed of the bird tho I’m pretty sure it’s wrong

Yeah I got 9.5 for the bird thing and everyone at my centre got different answers so that one was terrible.

1a. Speed of B=2u
1b. Impulse=9mu/4
2a. Bearing 319°
2b. p=-4.25 so 9.50m/s
3ci. m=50
3cii. M=250
4a. 3.25m from P
4b. The weight of the box acts precise at point Q
4c. Smallest possible values of the masses M=70/3
5 (i) 42N
5 (ii) 35.6N
6b. V=20
6c. t=225s
6d. T1=56.3, T2=262.5
7a. T=3mg/4
7b i don't remember the question
7c. Magnitude of force acting on the pulley 2T=3mg/2

1a. 2u
1b. 9mu
2a. Bearing 319
2b. p=-2.5 so 5.9m/s(ik it’s wrong)
3ci. 50
3cii. 250
4a. 3.25m
4b. Weight of box concentrated at a point acting at the end Q
4c. 70/3
5i. 42
5ii. 35.6
6b. V=20
6c. What was question again?
6d. T1=15, T2=262.5
7a. 3mg/5
7b. String has no mass so acceleration is the same for both particles (ik it’s wrong)
7c. 0.27mg (ik it’s wrong)

6c was at which point has the train/person/whatever travelled half the total distance.
As for 2b. I got p=-0.5 so speed was 1.12
3cii) I got 200
For everything else I got the same as you.
I can't remember my answer for 7c tho.

Do you remember your equation for the lift only ?
And you probably don’t but do you happen to remember the numbers in the moment question ? I mean the actual question . Any of you
