Help with a level maths question
Hi Guys.
Need help with this question and some tips too, I have my answers but would like to compare as no MS.
a)Find the area of a regular hexagon that with all sides touching a circle with a radius of 5
The diameter of a golf ball is 4.27cm
b) A golf ball is in the corner of a right angle box. What is the distance between the centre of the ball and the corner?
c) What is the volume of the box with the balls arranged as below? (see attachment)
d) What is the volume of the box with the balls arranged as below? (see attachment)

now you can find area of 1 triangle and multiply by 6 to find total area
