Redoing GCSE's at 22?

My poor life choices in my teenage years are currently biting me in the ass. I simply didnt care about school and thought it would work itself out in the end. Now at 22 still living at mums, working retail with no hope, im desperate to turn it around and make something of myself. Is it worth it? Also would love to hear from someone who has taken the leap and come out the other end. Thanks

Go for it. I’m not in the same position as you are per say, i did well in my GCSEs and A-Levels but still ended up in a dead end job on a farm. I’m turning that around at 23 by paying to do courses in Health Care and because of the success I had in these I’ve been invited to an interview for the position of a Medical Laboratory Assistant. I would say it’s definitely worth it!
