So my heart has been beating fast everyday for like a year now. When I’m resting it’s still irregular. When I get nervous I feel it beating faster. When I exercise it’s worse. I don’t really know the problem. Any ideas?

See your GP and get an ekg. No point in guessing.

Is this fast or irregular or both.

I wiuld absolutely make an appt with your gp. No point in messing about with your heart.

We cannot diagnose you over the internet, please see a doctor.

You should go to the doctor. You need to be seen to find out what's going on.

See a doctor and they will probably have an ECG done on you,

Incidentally an ECG is nothing to worry about, it’s just being plugged into a machine so it can monitor electrcial signals from your heart (I’ve had my fair few)

When I lay down for sleeping, my heart starts pounding very fast. Sometimes I have low blood pressure, is it possible it's related to that? I talked to my parents and they are just like it might be happening cause of you gaining weight but they are no specialists and are not taking it quite seriously.

Go see your GP and keep on seeing them until you know what's going on and have a plan for how to manage it.
There are SO many potential reasons for fast and/ or irregular heart rate that nothing we can say here is going to be useful.
