Over the past couple of months I've lost over a stone in weight but I feel fatter than ever? Even though I eat healthy and exercise 6x a week.


Any advice on why this might be and how I can stop feeling like this? Thanks!

It's clearly a mental thing: you've lost weight and you are probably now becoming a bit obsessive over your weight. You will want to get slimmer and slimmer.

This isn't a bad thing until you are underweight/it makes you feel ill/disallows you to part-take in everyday activities.
