Isn't 20% ok if you're a female? Males can get lower bf% but this will involve dedication to a high protein diet and weight training routine...

i would say just try walking or maybe bit of cycling

Walk for how long per day?

My diet is poor not going to lie. It's under 2000 but I only have one big meal a day.

start at 15 minutes then increase for long

try and do 25-30 reps a day, once you can do around 6-8 chin ups in a single set start adding weight
