So almost right wing populism but with socialist economics. I could imagine it being popular with a lot of young people because "muh free stuff" but me personally- I prefer social conservatism with economic liberalism or just social and economic liberalism. If you would want to win over young conservatives who don't have a hard on for capitalism , you would want to put an emphasis on free speech
I would be, hence why I am also scaling back surveillance because I can be quite libertarian in that respect and I know many conservatives are.

The whole point of this party is to be a populist party that appeals to the working class on the right and the left, because they are being betrayed by both sides.

Small businesses and sole traders rarely earn over £100K.

This party is for the people. We have enough foreign workers; we can get british people to do them because I will try my best to increase wages. living and working conditions will improve with nationalisation.

As I said a large part of money will come from scrapping trident. and siezing assets from the royal family. I imagine once prince charles takes power once the queen and phillip have died there will be a change in attitudes in the royal family anyway.

The youth will not be able to buy illegal marijuana because if they are found in possession of it they will be severely punished under the new justice system.

I will allow british companies that rival global rivals to have low taxes. I will also allow other companies based outside of the uk that pledge to benefit the economy have lowered taxes.
You will severely punish people for smoking marijuana? Are you aware of how many smoke/have weed? So your just gonna send them all off to work in a camp? Many small-medium sized businesses earn over £100K, just for your reference, a medium sized business is considered to have a turnover of between 500,000-1,000,000. I have a friend whos father is a builder who is a sole trader, revenue of around £250K a year with around £110-120K of that being gross profit.

Im all for selling off royal assets, but do you know that the Queen has more power than the government? Any decision, act etc. must be given royal assent, i.e permission from the Queen. You think shes gonna agree to that?

No.
I only agree with 6 of your 30 manifesto ideas- low taxes, cut arms supply, conduct a national enquiry, limit unskilled worker migration, criminalise school bullying, enquiry into children's suicides.
I do favour changing the justice system but not to legalise marijuana or allow murderers to be released after a minimum term of just 25 years imprisonment.

Your WUP party slogan reminds me too much of my parents revolutionary socialism, they were the students of labour's militant era and remain entrenched in far left politics. Nightmare politics.

Would you support electoral reform e.g introducing a hybrid or a PR system because a party like yours could never win under FPTP - you could get 10% of the vote and only 1 seat

Hey, I'm LEGALISING marijuana, I am very aware, I go to school and everyone I know smokes it. I would just have the youths fined or sent to youth detention and dealers sent to the camps.

The queen started paying tax and as said the royals are getting more liberal so who knows.

And ultimately sacrifices have to be made for those who have less, builders get too much IMO

I am probably closer to that category than not, but I don't agree with the far left on many issues as I don't agree with the far right. I want politics to bring enthusiasm to a young population that is uninterested. Young people will support marijuana legalisation. Many will support criminalising bullying especially more liberal voters who may not have considered voting. same with suciides. The right want less immigration. The left want to cut arms supplies.

I would definitely considering PR and was thinking about it earlier but there are risks if another party gets set up and starts challenging my position. but i think overall it is much better system than the current one.

Would also like to add for those of you concerned about "where I'm getting the money from". I would quit NATO.

Also I would cut foreign aid. I know this sounds bad, but I think when we have such rampant poverty in our own country that should take the priority. Many of these countries we send foreign aid too are in africa and are run by totolitarian african corrupt governments that spend the money on themselves and weapons rather than the people. Britain has enough problems, once we have reduced them, maybe then we can think about helping elsewhere.

Party name: Workers Union / Worker's Union Party (WUP)

Slogan: Unite and Conquer

Political orientation: Leftwing

Other political beliefs: Socially conservative, antifacist, antiracism, Euroscecptic, Pro Brexit,

Party Manifesto: - Hold a referendum on NI staying in the UK - Increase minimum wage to £12 -

Scrap current prison system and
replace it with a "work camp" style system. Low risk prisoners and some medium risk prisoners will take on work in factories or on farms where there are not enough workers for free. They will sleep outside in tents. Old prisons will be sold off and turned into social housing

- Scrap Trident. if fail to get support, hold a referendum

- Forge closer economic ties with Russia

- Quit NATO

- Have a programme to enroll students over 16 who fail to get grades to enlist them into the army

- Reduce salary of MP's to £65,000. Money saved will be spent on NHS

- Nationalise trains
- Nationalise buses - Nationalise utility (gas electricity etc)

- Tax people who earn over £100,000 by 30%

- Seize unnecessary royal property (furniture etc) and sell it. Spend it on NHS and education

- Cut PM pay to £95,000

- Encourage economic investment by introducing low taxes for British businesses that want to compete with international businesses

- Cut arms supply to Saudi Arabia - Ban the new construction of private property

- Cut tax that goes towards monarchy. Currently it is 69p - cut it to 30p pp, remaining 39p can be spent on mental health care

- Hold a referendum on Britain becoming a Republic - Establish an English Parliament

- Conduct a national enquiry into rape gangs in Britain

- Limit net migration for unskilled workers to 100 per year

- End mass surveillance on the public

- Give asylum to Julian Assange

- Ban changing your gender until 21

- Make bullying in schools a criminal offense

- Conduct a national enquiry into children's suicides

- Ban the construction of high rise buildings

- Legalise marijuana and tax it

- Change the Justice system - minimum 25 years for murder, u16s to be put in prison for offenses such as possession of illegal substances and possession of knives as well as ASB

I would raise money for these changes by: ending trident Spending less on the army Spending less on the monarchy (and siezing their unnecessary goods) Spending less on prisons (by introducing my new system) MPs salaries cut PM salary cut
We certainly need a bro Brexit socialist party in the UK.

Im going to be honest, I would vote for you but only untill Labour sort their abhorrent Brexit policies out.

BTW you cannot have a socialist party who believes in low taxation, the two don't mix. You'd could never pay for your ideals on right wing levels of tax you propose.

Ah, the old gulag system. Wonderful.

- Forge closer economic ties with Russia
The mother country.

So reduce their tax rate?

Ban the new construction of private property
To drive up house prices. Good.

You're going to flood the army with 16 year olds but cut funding. Will they be foraging off the land?

I agree, but tax cuts would be for certain businesses who are British and will boost the economy and also foreign businesses who pledge to invest X amount in UK, and tax cuts for low income families. The rich will pay more tax.

Russia is literally such a missed opportunnity. They have tons of natural resources and oil, we are all too reliant on the Middle East for oil and also like literally is it really such a good idea to make an enemy of the most powerful country on earth? Russia would be an excellent trading partner, much closer than the US and much more natural resources.

The rich in the UK currently pay 28% income tax. So I'm not reducing their tax rate.

Private developments are cancerous

I will cut funding by cutting foreign deployments. So we would pull out of Syria etc. Also for the MOD get rid of trident. The budget set aside for reserves could be spent on youths. They can spend a year or two tops there, more like France's system right now where they have at least one month of military training.

I agree with tax incentives for buying UK manufactureing. Home grown products should always be encouraged, however what you propose is a tax cut for the wealthy. What would you tax those on lower incomes than 100k?

I only would slightly reduce taxes of corporations that were mainly british that leads to mass jobs and investment in the UK. I would tax wealthy individuals more by 2%-2.5%, maybe rising in the future.
For incomes less than 100K, tax would probably increase by max 1%, but for some things I would just include in current tax. for example, Uk taxpayer currently spends 69p on the royal family. I would cut that to 30p and the remaining 39p could be spent towards nhs or maybe something more specific like mental health care

We don't have to commit 2% of our GDP towards it so it can be spent on other things like NHS. It also means we can spend less on the army as whole because we would not be required to intervene if another member state was attacked. We have too heavy a reliance on the US, instead perhaps we should forge military ties with Russia. It makes sense. Its much closer than the US and also would be more likely to commit to something rather than the US - hell, right now Trump is considering pulling the plug on NATO if nations cant spend 2%.

I don't see how it would be unfeasible. I can't remember tbh i think it got taken down.

It is very feasible. It wouldn't be done overnight, but it has the potential to save money and reform the prison system so we can take in an addition 6,000-8,000 prisoners, make prisons tough, boost the economy, and sell of old prisons and use them for homeless housing and social housing.

A similar thing was done in Arizona, its called tent city and it eventually shut down, and I don't support that specific example because it was extreme (it was outside in the middle of the desert and there were chain gangs etc). Britain's weather system is not that extreme, it never gets too hot or too cold. But one of the best money saving things about tent city is they used old army tents and other army surplus equipment. could be used here to save a ton.
