Shared Accommodation facilities

Is toilet paper provided in shared accommodation bathrooms (For example between 10 people) or do the students need to restock it themselves?
I know that En-Suite have to buy their own but am not sure about the shared bathrooms
get a pot in a communal area and ask people to each contribute towards things that everyone will need and use. this will include toilet roll but also maybe sugar and tea bags

Hello there, the university doesn't provide students with toilet paper no.

When I was sharing it was simply a case of buying some when the supply was running low, and others do their turn as well.
