Hi

When should you start studying for BMAT and for UKCAT?
What’s the best way to study for them?
Any tips, books, online courses that we should get?

Thank you!

It's too early for both of them. Most people start in the summer because (at least for the UKCAT) there's only so much practice you can do and practice material available. Don't want to burn yourself out. Medify, the official mocks, the book are all good. If you time it properly you don't even need to spend that much on revision resources should you choose to buy any.
