Hello,
For the 30 markers you have to make a reference to one of those elements at least once but you can make more references if you wish to do so. I think you can reference more than one element as long as it is relevant to the question you are trying to answer. If you are generally a bit unsure about how to structure the 30 markers I would recommend you look at this website https://qualifications.pearson.com/e...ning-materials as it has lots of exemplary answers on it
