Laptop required for LNAT

For me, that is. You don't require a laptop

Anyway due to my condition I am pretty slow at writing and therefore I usually get the option of using a laptop computer in exams (don't worry, they turn the spell/grammar checks off & they don't let me use my own computer! ) because I'm faster at typing.

To cut a long story short, I have registered for the LNAT on the website, where I checked the 'special requirements' box and asked for a laptop computer. Anyway this was some time ago now, at least a month, and I have had no confirmation that this will be available to me (although they said during an oxford open day that it would be no problem for me to use a laptop for the LNAT). Should I be worried? The LNAT website is one of the worst I have ever seen, if I am to be blunt. There's no way to even contact them unless it's about money, which they're only too happy to talk about.

It almost seems like a shambles.
It is shambolic, I mentioned that in a PM about it. Anyway I have paid for my entrance.

IIRC the BMAT was pretty poorly organised last year too. I wasn't sure that I had been registered until I turned up to do the exam  . I suppose this is to be expected for new exams...

What Universities are you applying to? Get in touch with me by PM and I might be able to refer you to somebody who can help.

I'm having nightmares about the LNAT.

It is unbelievably poorly organised.

What do we need to take to the exam?

UCAS number? College number? Uni codes and course codes and addresses? Any specific candidate number for the LNAT?

*screams*

Is there anybody who isn't having problems with the LNAT?
