My teachers are saying some questions will be impossible without this new £23 calculator e.g. hypothesis testing with values that aren't supplied in the data value tables... surely there should be some ways around spending this amount?
Any advice/tips will be much appreciated.

I'm in year 13 and still use the silver dream machine.

buy the calculator trust me, you need it especially for stats. and some pure graph work. When you get used to using it, you will find it worth the money. my school fooled me into buying the 53 quid graphical one 😂

Absolutely buy it. It will be a good investment when it boosts your grade

It'll be needed for statistics, specifically, normal distribution problems. The other ones - binomial distribution, PMCC - there are values for in the formula booklet.

Great calculator though. Read the manual when you get it, there are so many features. I think it's worth it.

I use it for my Engineering degree. It's pretty much the best calculator you can get that stays on the "allowed" side of the line.
