If you could shadow a radiologist for a day, you'll get a good insight into important skills that they use on a daily basis.
Here's a few:

an analytical mind, an eye for detail and good observational skills

•

manual dexterity for certain roles

•

the ability to multitask and work under pressure

•

the capacity to work well in a team and to manage others effectively

•

excellent verbal communication skills to deal with patients and colleagues

•

strong written communication skills for accurate report-writing.
