Well it depends what you wanna do later in life. Say you want to get a job which involves science in everyday life then, yes triple science would be helpful. But If you do take dual science, it shouldn’t really affect it and you will be able to choose a science at college anyway.
Also if you do take triple science, it can get very difficult and can make you stress out. But if you are good with science and think you will be able to cope with the equations and the syllabus, then by any means, go for triple.
