Promising start to the tournament for them, and deserve to be in the lead. Second try was George North's mistake in getting sucked in and the Welsh disallowed one was the right decision, just unlucky for Wales.

Appreciated the belief the French guy in the box had in Scotland in the pre match chat

A literal game of two halves.

But that's a nasty head injury.

Yep, too many mistakes.

Ouch, looks like one for the blood bin.

What a game!

The two Frances turned up: excellent in the first half, terrible in the second.

What an intense finish to a good game...France really looked like they could have had it in the first half, but left their game in the changing room at half time.

That match just felt slightly bizarre. France showed they can play but then lost it, Wales took their chances then got better at the end. But definitely feels like France lost it rather than Wales won. The rest of the tournament could be an interesting one!

Playing fast and loose seems to be working so far - let's see if it continues to do so

The Scotland/Italy match is on in the room with me now but I'm trying to do research applications so not really paying attention! I'll try and watch England later if I can. Could be a good one even if I don't think we'll win!

My dog hates rugby season too. She does sit and watch it sometimes but then my dad starts jumping around shouting which doesn't go down too well
