Of course. It's just funny you keep saying how we 'need to do something', giving over dramatic Churchillian type speeches... on an Internet forum, yet you don't actually do anything.
So why don't you lead by example and actually do something, rather than just complain?

As for "Churchillian type speeches" I wish. Amazed to hear him lauded (in any way) on this forum, mind. Every time I see him referred to here, it is in the context of how racist and Islamophobic he was, and the cause of the Bengal famine or something.
Everyone born in 1874 was a racist by today's standards. This constant judging of the past by the ephemeral standards of the here and now is a prime example of the sort of former wackiness which swiftly became mainstream, that we were discussing in another post.
But there are so many it is tiresome to cite them all, which is why I didn't bother to reply earlier. We would be here all day.
He was a brilliant speech write and giver, whatever one thinks of his policies and views. Though I realise among certain right wing people, anything other than an unquestioning showering of praise means you're a Britain hating traitor, or something.
Quite why you consistently have an urge to give overly dramatic soap box speeches on here, and declaring how you 'will not stand for it ANY LONGER', is anyone's guess.

This stuff is pushing me towards the Right more and more everyday.

You have to remember that there is a whole army of people from academia to politics to the media, that feed off race baiting and have a financial vested interest in keeping bitterness alive.
Of course there are still racists about but people like the author of this article shows that they are nowhere as prevalent or egregious as they used to be when he has to stoop to the level of Mary Poppins in a sooty face to earn his dollar.
