We're doing the Power and Conflict poetry cluster. A Christmas carol, An Inspector calls and Macbeth

I'm in year 10 and I moved school at the beginning of the academic year (I joined around October/November) in my old school we were doing the relationships cluster, An inspector calls and Macbeth(( Hadn't started when I left the school) there was another one but idk it)

The School I'm in now has already done Macbeth and A Christmas carol, whereas I have done nothing on them. does anyone know how I can catch up as we had a mock gcse and i'm really disappointed with my grade (Grade 4).

He does "grade 9 analysis on literature books and poetry". it is only a geade 9 if the top 2.5% of students can do it. mr bruff is getting more and more views so many of his video deas are over used

Not really? I mean, more than 2.5% students got a grade 9 for literature last year, I believe.

I really recommend the York Notes Study Guides, especially for Shakespeare. If you really want to aim high, maybe get the A Level ones. I did that with Jane Eyre for my GCSEs and it really added extra depth. Plus, the scene by scene breakdowns are brilliant for Shakespeare, especially if you haven't studied it before. I'm sure they'll be one secondhand on ebay or something.
