Hiya wondering if someone could help me answer this question - Explain how an individual in the UK can enforce their rights in the European Court of Human Rights. Your answer should concisely state the criteria that an individual must satisfy in order to bring a claim. It should briefly outline the process that their application will follow, including what will happen if it succeeds.

What does your textbook say?
It looks pretty straightforward and is merely asking you to identify the process of an individual enforcing rights in the ECHR.

Criteria. What do they have to prove, what will the court be interested in?
Can they go straight there?
You then just do a how to. the steps taken, which is in any textbook or decent article.
What happens then?
What the outcomes might be and what each one means.

Just read some articles on ECHR

Ah i remember learning this and having a very similar question in a TMA, I remember it wasn't the easiest to find in the course material But, it is there!

Does the TMA advice page tell you which unit / page number the information to answer the question is in? You should read through that and try to take it in, read read read.

Don't be afraid of texting your tutor, they will guide you to where you answer can be found and help you a lot
