I've decided to start revising now because revising the night before is just too much stress, especially considering GCSEs pales in comparison to the importance and workload of A levels. I've got about 14//15 weeks and my schedule will see me cover every chapter for every topic, alongside one practice test a week for each subject, 7 times over. So each chapter will be revised 7 times each.
I have a fantastic short term memory, just short of photographic, when I revise hard the night before, but have never tried to revise long term (over a period of a week, month etc.) I want the knowledge to just be in my brain and easily remembered without me having to think too hard, is 7 times per topic + practice tests enough to do this?
