So there are three papers for A-level law:
- Paper 1: Criminal, morals, rule of law
- Paper 2: Tort, Statutory interpretation
- Paper 3: Contract
Which paper might have questions about Judicial precedent? (have a mock next week)

i do the OCR a level papers and for me it is on paper 2, im not sure how it is for other exam boards.
