In which Engineering University am I able to get maximum Scholarship

I completed my Bachelors Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering (2:1) , currently I am looking forward to do my MSc in Civil Enginnering Related Fields so in which University I can gain maximum Scholarship offer

No idea. You need to do your research and compare. If you cannot do basic research postgrad study may be a struggle.
