So this is a request to do your A level coursework for you?
Dont you think you are being very lazy?

The three opeartive points are

Henry IV
1589-1610
Effectiveness.

Maybe you need to look at how you wish to approach the essay and how you are going to discuss effectiveness.
If you consider certain areas then you may work out a good way of assessing it.

The structure is up to you, but its better to have a clear one so the marker can see you have analysed the period and are attemtping to provide a structures rational answer.
Quotes and interpretations are better for you to find tham me to give you because its your essay and frankly neing able to read some books and conduct some research is what stuidying History is about.
You may also want to form your own opinion by the end of your essay as well.

A good structure and doing the component parts well will give you a high mark. If you cant be bothered though then they will spot it. I have no idea whether you want to do well or not.

The way you asked was.

Look at the specification to understand the criteria.

You then need to understand what the question is asking and the way you will explain/ formilate your answer.
What are the areas you think your analysis needs to cover? What will the reader want to know? What is importnat.

Then you have to do the research to work out whats there, what some people think but just as importnat what you think.

Then its just an essay to write.
