I'm currently doing both for GCSE, and it depends on your preferences. I find both interesting, but there's so much to revise for in History. Geography has much less to revise but it also has practical stuff like fieldwork. Geography is not all just about content like in History, because you also need mathematical skills like knowing how to find the mean, interpreting graphs, etc, and also you need to know how to find grid references. History relies more on your literacy skills (since there are 18-20 mark essay questions) than Geography, though both are still quite written subjects.
