Scholarship 2019-2020 for universities in Turkey Watch

Hiya!
Has anyone heard of the scholarship to universities in Turkey. I heard they fund for everything; tickets, visa, accomodation, transport and health insurance.
In addition they also give 700lira pocket money for undergraduate, 800 lira for masters students, and 1200lira for phD students. I realize no one has made a forum about this... so i guess here it is
Its definately worth checking out
