BP Degree Level Apprenticeship - HR - Advice?!

Hi!!
I've come across a degree level apprenticeship at BP - it looks like you need 3 B's at A level or equivalent to apply - I've got that but I'm nervous about knowing lots about HR. I don't know much at the moment but I've heard it's a good career path.
Has anyone got any advice on what websites to learn more about HR and how I can prepare for the application process?

I actually did my video interview and got rejected they didn't even provide me with feedback. Apparently, they had lots of applications.
