Hello there,

In November I was offered a place subject to conditions at Lancaster University. However, for I am a EU resident, I am getting a bit worried about no deal Brexit which seems more and more real. My concern is particularly the tuition fee loan from the UK Government.

I am aware I am currently eligible for this loan. I am concerned though. Will the loan be available for me even with the scenario of no deal Brexit? I definitely can not afford to pay the tuition fee by myself, thus the loan is crucial.

Thank for any answers or suggestions,
Ondrej Bocek

PS: I am sorry if this is not the suitable thread to ask such a question, I have not found any better though.

Nothing to worry about if you are a 2019 starter then the UK government has guaranteed your current education funding for the length of your course.

Students starting in 2020 are facing uncertainty, but then so is the UK and it depends on a deal.
