I’m 18 turning 19 in a few weeks and for the past couple of months I’ve notice I’ve started to get hair growing underneath my actual breasts I’m a size D but I have started to feel underneath hair and it’s like stubbly hair I’ve searched this up and can’t find anything!! Apart from hair growing around the nipple it’s not growing anywhere else apart from underneath my breasts and it’s stubbly. Anyone else have this issue?! I’m paranoid as it is all the time always assuming the worse please can someone help!

It's normal for woman to grow hair on (and under) their breasts.

This is still normal. The rate at which it grows can be affected by hormone balances in the body. It's not unusual to have stubble.
