What is it like? How long did it last? Did you get the job?

Unfortunately I have not.

I think it's quite common in the hospitality industry.

My daughter had to do a trial shift in a Malmaison restaurant - they gave her no training and asked her to work a 3 hour shift waiting on tables.

She didn't get the job but that might be because she spilt a drink all over the table :smile:

I did a trial at the 2nd nursery i worked at.
It was a full day long, which was a bit long really. But i got the job.

Yes only once so far - it was about 3 years ago in a recruitment agency. The trial lasted about 2-3 hours from what I remember.
Got the job on the spot afterwards, so it was a win. :smile:
