Thanks but looking for this specific course just to get an idea of what unis to pick and the course specifically

Ok! At Aberdeen Uni the biomed degrees are the same as the non-biomed degrees counterparts (e.g. biomed(physiology) vs. physiology), apart from in second year you have two modules in anatomy. The biomed also has higher entry requirements and requires chemistry plus a science, whereas non-biomed counterparts just require two sciences.

In the degree the first, third and fourth years are the same, and it would be easy to transfer to biomed

It's not an accredited degree, I know the RGU one is, however.
