Salary for an Optometrist?

I know I can just google this but it just gives a range and different values. What could an Optometrist realistically expect to earn after a good few years of working?

If you work for the NHS, you'd be earning a Band 5 or 6 salary, which ranges from around £21,000 (start of Band 5) to around £37,000 (end of Band 6), depending on experience, specialism, and amount of working hours.
I earn 53k plus 2-4k bonus on top annually and I have been qualified for 1 year.
I think it varies a lot in different areas of the country, and many work part time which can make it more difficult to give an estimate.
