is one phloem vessel the phloem tissue or is multiple of these the pholem tissue. the image attached shows only one vessel labeled as the tissue however xylem has multiple vessels? can someone help me clarify

Phloem is the part of the plant which is responsible for transport of soluble organic compounds (sugars depicted in the picture). It is inside and marked in white colour in your attachment.
