Please keep this anon, it will be good for my mental health. I made one like this before but it failed miserably. I’ve been struggling with masturbation and porn for about 5 years. I’m trying to stop because it’s wasting time and taking away the energy I have left. I want to especially stop porn because now, for me to masturbate, I need to watch something. I’m quitting for religious reasons. Again, please don’t take this off anonymous. It’s for my mental health also. I’m just going to set it for 1 week. Then I’ll increase it. Baby steps. And I’ll let you know how any changes to my mood and temptations

would suggest reading russel brand addiction book. am a similar situation actually i have been on this so called no fap journey since june 2014. ive tried alot of ways to get over the addiction and the book is my last stop before having to get proffesional help
