Hi, I realise this may come across as inpatient but I have not heard a thing other than that my application is still pending. Should I presume I will not be offered a place?

Presuming that you're applying for BA African studies (i.e undergrad), the course has a 75% offer rate, so you have a pretty good chance as long as your grades are good.

Universities have until the 31st March to respond to you (they can technically go beyond that date but it's very unlikely unless you're applying for something like medicine).

I didn't receive my offer from the university I now attend until the 23rd March - there's no need to panic yet.

Ok, thanks for that. Does anybody know as a mature student currently studying an Access to HE Humanities, do they still require 30 credits at Distinction or do they lower their criteria due to my age?
