Hey TSR,

I'm in Year 13 right now, taking both Edexcel Maths and Further Maths A-levels. I got a 9 at GCSE, am predicted an A* for Maths (and am doing well at it) but I'm consistently getting Cs and Ds in FM, and it's a little frustrating.

There are very few accessible specimens (and no past papers for A-level new spec). I feel like I can do the questions in the textbook, but I always seem to flunk the core and mechanics papers (I can do decision maths. lol).

I'd just like to know, people who are getting top grades in FM, how do you do it? Do you have any advice for someone like me who is good at normal Maths but cannot do Further?

Thank you
