Scheduled maintenance loan

Hi ! In my SF account its shows that the firs time payment of maintenance loan it was on 1st February , until now was blocked because I had to send some more evidence , now the date is still same but the status is "scheduled " not block anymore what that this mean? When am I going to be paid ? If the date is still 1st February, on my tuition fee the status is " payment in progress " thank you
